RETURNS, REFUNDS and WARRANTY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please do your due diligence before choosing a product and placing your order. If you need to return merchandise within the first 7 days of delivery, please follow the steps outlined below. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted.

Call us at 561-324-6867 or send your request for a return to Customerservice@mjstacticalsolutions.com to obtain authorization. No returns of merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization.

All returns on orders paid by a credit card will receive a credit to the card used on the purchase (or store credit at our discretion) once confirmation of receipt of merchandise has been made and inspection has been completed. Depending on your financial institution, refunds are credited between 3 to 5 business days after issuance.

To qualify for a refund on an item that is not defective, all returned merchandise must include the following:
  • The merchandise must be in the original packaging.
  • The merchandise must be unused. Products showing use will not be refunded or exchanged.
Include the following in package:
  • A copy of your original invoice and packing slip
  • The reason for your returned merchandise
All return merchandise shipments must be pre-paid, no COD.

You must send your returned merchandise using either UPS, FedEx, or USPS according to their restrictions and provide us with tracking information.

You must obtain a Return Authorization PRIOR to returning the item by contacting MJ’s Tactical Solutions at 561-324-6867 or Customerservice@mjstacticalsolutions.com.

Upon receiving your package, and verification of the item is made, you will receive an e-mail with the status. This process can take up to a few weeks from start to finish.
Please Note: You will be responsible for covering the Shipping Fee on returned merchandise that is not defective. A 20% Restocking Fee will apply to any returned merchandise. Firearms that are not defective and in the possession of your FFL will have a 20% Restocking Fee AND a shipping charge deducted from your refund. Any variance to this policy may result in no refund or a partial refund.

MJ’s Tactical Solutions will provide of a replacement item (pending availability) or a full refund on all eligible non-firearm products found defective upon receipt. Defective items must be returned with all the original contents inside.

If you receive a defective item upon delivery, please immediately call the shop at 561-324-6867 or email us at Customerservice@mjstacticalsolutions.com to request a Return Authorization. MJ’s Tactical Solutions will not claim any responsibility for items damaged in shipping. For items damaged in shipping, customers need to file a claim with the carrier.

*****Optics, Hand or Weapon mounted lights, Body Armor, Sale Items, Knives, NFA Items, Firearms, Ammunition, Triggers and Bolt Carrier Groups (BCGs) and Uppers are NOT eligible to be returned*****

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FIREARM RETURNS:

Firearms will only be shipped to current FFL/SOT holders in your state. No International orders on firearms. We ship with FedEx. When purchasing a firearm from us please have your FFL/SOT email their FFL/SOT paperwork to us so we can ship immediately.

REFUSAL OF TRANSFER OR SALE

MJ’s Tactical Solutions reserves the right to refuse to transfer any firearm, NFA Item, or ITAR regulated item to an individual or entity for any reason.

APPOINTMENT, LATE ARRIVAL, NO-SHOW, CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING

Our goal is to provide quality services to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our staff, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 561-324-6867 or leave a message through the customer contact portal on the website. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call or message as soon as possible.

No-Show for an appointment.

The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file. Missed appointments, will incur a fee of $10. Your appointment will be canceled and you will have to reschedule.

late arrival

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee of $10 will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you can not make an appointment due to an unforeseen event please let us know as soon as possible and we will handle it on an individual basis.

general firearm sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work or are found to be defective must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special-order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special-order items.

exchanges

MJ’s Tactical Solutions does not offer exchanges. You must return your item (if eligible) and purchase the item you want instead.

YOU are responsible for knowing your state and local laws.

As stated on our Firearms Shipping Page, we do not ship to Connecticut, Denver, CO, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington DC or anywhere outside of the contiguous United States.

If you placed an order from any of these states and you did not contact us before placing the order, we will assume that it is not going to an FFL, and a Partial Refund will be issued. As much as we hate to charge the customer these fees, we are forced to do so due to the high rate of orders we receive with bad shipping addresses.

purchasing firearms online

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

order fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3–4 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
