Federal law requires that all serialized parts; firearms, frames, and receivers be shipped to an FFL to facilitate the transfer of those items to consumers.

Please follow the steps below to ensure that the purchase of your new firearm goes smoothly.

STEP 1

Locate a local FFL for us to send your Firearm to. Don't already have an FFL? Click HERE to locate one near you.

Once you have found an FFL, it is strongly recommended that you give them call to let them know that you are planning to purchase a firearm and to ensure that they are willing to accept the transfer. Be sure to get their email address, you're going to need it at checkout.

STEP 2

Locate the product(s) you would like to purchase.

You will be asked to acknowledge that you understand that the item you are purchasing must be shipped to an FFL for you to add it to your cart.

Be sure to read our Firearms Shipping Statement to ensure that the item you wish to purchase is legal to own in your state

STEP 3

At checkout, you will be asked to provide the email address, phone number, and mailing address for your FFL in the ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS at the bottom of the checkout page.

That's it, we do the rest!

If you have followed all the above steps, we will reach out to your FFL using the email address you provided to obtain a copy of their license which is necessary for us to ship your item(s). To speed up the processing time, after you have completed the checkout process you can ask your chosen FFL to send a copy of their license to FFLtransfers@mjstacticalsolutions.com. Orders will ship within one business day of receipt of your FFL's license.

*If you do not provide the FFL information at checkout, we will hold your order for 7 business days to give you time to provide us with that information.

Once you have that information, please email us with your order number, and your FFL transfer contact information at FFLtransfers@mjstacticalsolutions.com.

**Orders will not be shipped until we receive a valid copy of the FFL of your choice.
